1. Service Description
AlertGen provides market intelligence, contextual analysis, and decision-support tools for traders and investors. All outputs — including signals, regime assessments, factor scores, and AI-generated commentary — are informational only and do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitation to trade any instrument.
2. Not Financial Advice
Nothing on this platform should be construed as professional financial, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions and their outcomes. AlertGen makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information presented.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Access to AlertGen requires an active paid subscription. Billing is processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — access continues until the end of the current period.
4. Login Codes
Upon subscribing, you will receive a unique login code by email. This code is single-use and tied to your account. Do not share your login code. AlertGen is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from shared credentials.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use AlertGen to reverse-engineer, scrape, redistribute, or resell any data or output. Automated access to the platform without explicit written permission is prohibited. Accounts found in violation may be suspended or terminated without refund.
6. Account Termination
AlertGen reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, chargeback disputes, or violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time via settings — this permanently removes your data and cancels any active subscription.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlertGen and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including trading losses incurred in reliance on any platform output.
8. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
