1. Data We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and any preferences you configure. Subscription and billing information is handled entirely by Stripe — we do not store payment card details. We also collect usage logs necessary to operate the service securely.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to authenticate your session, deliver market intelligence features, process and manage your subscription, and respond to support requests. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
AlertGen uses the following third-party services to operate: Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (billing), and Telegram (optional alert delivery). Each service operates under its own privacy policy. Data shared with these providers is limited to what is strictly necessary for service delivery.
4. Security Logging
We log security-relevant events — including login attempts, billing changes, webhook processing, and login code use — for fraud prevention, reliability, and compliance. These logs are retained for a limited period and are not used for marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention
Your account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records).
6. Your Rights

7. Cookies
AlertGen uses session cookies solely to maintain your authenticated state. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party advertising cookies.
